What happens in the workshop
Five hours with both Overe® founders. A live experience where you learn by doing.
You’ll learn the Overe® Energy Scale, the five energetic archetypes, and where you sit right now. You’ll learn self muscle testing, so you can read your own body’s yes/no signal and access your own energetic intelligence. You’ll learn the Overe® framework for conscious creation and intention setting. And you’ll be guided through a complete self-practice session in real time, with Zoe and Jem holding the field.
By 3pm, you’ll have a daily practice. A 15-minute reset you can do every morning. A 45-minute deep session you can do weekly. And a fundamentally different relationship with the energy that runs your life.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience with energy work?
None at all. This workshop is designed for people who are curious and open, not people who already have a background in energetics. We teach everything from the ground up.
I’m on the conception path. Is this relevant to me?
Yes. Energetics for Life teaches you the Overe® Method, which includes how to read and work with your feminine energetic system. You’ll learn self muscle testing, energy clearing, and daily practices that may support your body energetically alongside everything else you’re doing. Many women on the conception path start here before moving into our Conception Energetics group container. The tools you learn in this workshop are the foundation for all of our deeper work.
Is this online?
Yes. It’s live on Zoom, 10am to 3pm AEST. You can join from anywhere.
Will I get a recording?
Yes. Your full digital toolkit is delivered post-workshop, including the session recording, session guide, charts, and reference materials.
What if I can’t make the full five hours?
The recording means you won’t miss anything, but the live experience is where the real shift happens. The guided self-practice session in particular is something you want to be present for.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, so you can split your payment into four interest-free instalments.

What if I want personalised 1:1 support instead?
If you’re looking for hands-on clearing and don’t need to learn the method yourself, start with a session. Our practitioners work in Melbourne, Byron Bay, and online. Book a session.

Most women who go deeper with us start with Energetics for Life first. We run Conception Energetics for women on the conception path and will announce new dates soon. Register your interest. The tools you learn in this workshop are the foundation for all of our deeper work.
