The next intake runs Friday 4 September to Friday 4 December 2026, live online from 10am to 3pm AEST each Friday. Your training and community portal is already open with the first three modules, so you arrive ready. Intakes are kept intentionally small, and you can get started from $550 + GST a month. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Learn to work with the energy body
Over 14 weeks you learn the Overe® Method, founded in Specialised Kinesiology. You work with the energy body and its energetic anatomy to locate the subconscious patterns, stress and imbalances that limit how a person feels, performs and creates.
You'll learn energetic design, muscle testing, acupressure and innate clearing tools, energy processing pathways, and integration and embodiment approaches that may support lasting change for your clients.
IICT ACCREDITED CERTIFICATION
Graduate ready to practise
You'll give and receive Specialised Kinesiology sessions throughout the training, with supervised practice clinics every cohort week and logbook hours, so by graduation you're running sessions with real confidence.
You graduate fully certified in Specialised Kinesiology, 200 hours and IICT accredited, qualified to work one-on-one with clients in person and online and eligible for insurance. You also keep the practitioner manual and charts, the business mastery module, and always-on community support.

Who is this training for?
People ready to become practitioners in Specialised Kinesiology, including wellness practitioners broadening their craft, career changers, coaches and facilitators, and those with a natural affinity for this work. No prior experience needed.
Is this training certified through IICT?
Yes. Overe® Practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology is a certified course and modality with the IICT, and our training has met the highest industry standards to qualify for this accreditation.
Do I need prior experience?
No. Bring your commitment to practice and learning, and we build capability from first principles.
How is the training delivered, and how much time does it take?
Live teaching, practical sessions and Q&A run online, contained in one full day each week, with founders Zoe Bosco and Jemma Downey present. Plan for around eight hours a week including live teaching, reading and self-practice. You also get a practitioner manual, charts and on-demand content throughout.
What will I be qualified to do once I finish?
On successful completion you become a Certified Overe® Practitioner in Specialised Kinesiology, Level 1, qualified to work one-on-one with clients in person and online. Graduates can progress into Level 2 advanced pathways.
A note on scope of practice
Overe® is training in Specialised Kinesiology and responsible energy practice. It is not a medical service. Practitioners do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions, and refer to a qualified medical professional where a presentation crosses into medical territory. We always recommend consulting your GP for medical concerns.
The ten training modules
Module 1 - Origins of Overe®, foundations of energy and the energy body
Introduction to Specialised Kinesiology through muscle testing, reading the energy body, mapping patterns with charts, and setting clear intentions.
Module 2 - Overe® methodology, emotions chart, EVC chart, meridians and elemental theory
The foundational mapping tools used to read, interpret, and understand the energetic system.
Module 3 - Energy psychology, clearing and recalibration techniques
Releasing subconscious patterns and emotional imprints held in the body, and restoring coherence through targeted clearing.
Module 4 - Safety, trauma aware practice and nervous system energetics
Recognising nervous system states, holding a trauma aware practice, and applying Overe® restoration techniques.
Module 5 - The Overe® energy scale
Reading the continuum of human consciousness, identifying low and high quality energy, and using clearing formats to shift energy states.
Module 6 - The energy centres
The seven primary energy centres as distinct functional aspects of energetic and physical experience, and how to identify centre-level imbalances.
Module 7 - The energetic senses
The Clair senses as functional channels for receiving and interpreting energetic information, including how to clear blocks that distort perception.
Module 8 - Masculine and feminine energy
Working with masculine and feminine energy as practical forces shaping how a person thinks, leads, relates, and receives, including archetypal patterns in relationships.
Module 9 - The energetic vitals system and chart
Bringing the full energetic anatomy into one operational system, prioritising what to clear first and choosing the right method across varied client presentations.
Module 10 - Business mastery and practical toolkit
Delivered online. The commercial and operational foundations of running a professional Overe® practice, plus a plug-and-play toolkit of documents, templates, systems and content frameworks.
